3G Watchdog Pro - Data Usage v1.26.4

* Should fix mobile data usage counting problems on Android 5.0 Lollipop for Nexus 4 and hopefully other devices, please report any problems to contact-pro@3gwatchdog.fr
* The mobile network disable feature does not work on Lollipop, because Google decided to make the function inaccessible to 3rd-party apps!
* Option (in 3GW Settings / Misc) to disable the reminder about network disabled, counting paused... displayed on 3GW start.
